1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be:
    – In their original condition
    – Unused and undamaged
    – In the original packaging with all tags intact

2. How to Return an Item

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    2. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason for return.
    3. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 1 day of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
